What the team can practise

Depending on the agreed scope, exercises can cover turning an unclear request into a useful prompt, summarising a document, comparing supplier information or finding gaps in an AI-generated answer. The aim is to recognise when output is useful, when it needs verification and when a task should stay with a person. These are possible learning activities, not a fixed course or certification promise.

An example workshop agenda

Start by choosing one everyday task and describing what a good result looks like. Demonstrate an approach using synthetic information, then let participants practise and compare outputs. Review mistakes, unsupported statements and missing context together. Finish by drafting a checklist for the task and discussing a small follow-up experiment. The sequence, duration and depth are agreed for your audience.

Preparation and delivery

Tell us the participants’ roles, current experience, preferred language and tools available to them. Online, in-person and hybrid formats can be discussed. Any account, access or software requirements are agreed before the session. Please use synthetic or approved non-sensitive examples; do not send confidential documents in the initial enquiry. Dates, group size and pricing are confirmed after scoping.

From a workshop to everyday use

Define a small task that participants can repeat after training. A useful review compares the quality of the result, checking effort and errors against the previous approach. Agree who answers follow-up questions and what support is in scope. Attendance alone does not demonstrate adoption, and AI should not replace the review needed for important business decisions.
